Shipping and Delivery Policy
ADDRESS ACCURACY
LORATTA JEWELRY ships products to your specified address. Fill out your delivery address completely and correctly to avoid delivery issues.
RECIPIENT ABSENCE
Ensure someone is available to receive your package. Post office attempts delivery three times. If no one is present, the package goes to the nearest post office for pickup within 7 calendar days. Failure to collect results in return to sender at your expense for reshipping.
Track all delivery attempts and pickup locations using the provided tracking code at the post office website.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
LORATTA JEWELRY is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Packages with addressing errors return to sender with no further delivery attempts.
Delivery failure due to incorrect address information provided by customer does not qualify for refund. Reshipping requires payment of new freight charges: $65 (shipping + postal fees).
PROCESSING TIME
After payment confirmation, we separate, package, and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
You receive tracking codes via email within 7 business days after order processing.

International shipments require 5-10 business days before tracking becomes visible due to transit requirements.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Estimated delivery: 1-10 weeks after dispatch. External factors may cause delays: customs clearance, postal strikes, weather conditions, high-risk areas, national holidays.
Most customers receive orders within 15 calendar days.
ORIGIN
Products imported from United States, Europe, and Asia.
Multiple suppliers may result in separate shipments with individual tracking codes.
SHIPPING METHOD
All deliveries through postal service. Recipients may need to collect from nearest post office if absent, delivery limitations exist, or address errors occur.
Incorrect addresses may cause package return. Customer responsibility for address accuracy.
Three delivery attempts before post office hold for 7 days. Uncollected packages return to sender.
IMPORTANT NOTES
All imports subject to customs bureaucracy and taxation. We cover any additional charges you receive. Contact support@lorattajewelry.com within 48 hours with payment amount and taxation document copy for reimbursement.
